Dual GPU and rendering

Can I use a 3080 FE with a 3070 FE to speed up rendering with Cinema 4D and Redshift?

And what power supply would I need if so? Currently have 850w.

Would I need to use NVlink?

You won't be able to NVLINK two different GPUs. That said, those GPUs don't support NVLINK anyway
