Photo Editing Build

Hi Thanks to all! My basic applications using in photo designing: PhotoDonut, Rebelle 3,ArtRage,adobe after effects and some other apps. Sometimes do some video editing & mixing. But mainly focus on photo designing,editing etc.,
I want to change from present i5 PC to AMD thinking as: Budget up to 1450$
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X or 5 5600X
Mobo: MSI Components X570-A Pro
G.Card: Asus TUF Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 Super
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16
Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series, H100i RGB Platinum SE, 240mm Radiator
Power: Corsair RM850 80 Plus Gold Power Supply
SSD: Western Digital WD Blue NVME SN550 500GB M.2 2280
Cabinet: Cooler Master Master-box MB511 ARGB MID-Tower ATX Airflow PC case

My queries are: Among2 above processors which is apt for my needs?
Components set as above compatible?! Kindly offer any tips or advice. With Thanks.
Regarding Monitor: Is there any specification for photo designing? (Budget up to $ 138)

With the next gen Ryzens being so close, I'd definitely wait for some official benchmarks and reviews and then get that cpu if it turns out to be as great as it looks to be. Your workloads depend a lot on high single core clocks, so the 5600X would be a great buy.

All of the components are compatible, yes.

Although both boards will do just fine for the 5600X, I’d go with the ASUS X570-P

The reason you should be looking at a 3dsmax guide, is that 3dsmax needs a lot more performance than photo editing, so any 3dsmax capable pc will run most photo editing workloads without any issues.
