Request for help Laptop buy LENOVO LEGION 5 pro which will be better?

I'm a beginner and I’m going to buy a laptop, but I don’t know which is better… Which one would you use for 2d animation and sculpting?
Generally, the Huion 22 plus tablet will be connected to the laptop.

2 Laptop Lenovo Legion 5 Pro i7-12700H 16 WQXGA 165Hz 16GB 512SSD RTX3060

The Intel 12700H is considerably faster vs the 6800H, so if everything else is the same, I'd lean towards that one.
